Cris Duval, RDH, Patient Coach, Advanced Cosmetic & Laser Dentistry

Cris Duval has a hygiene practice where 80% of her adult patients are engaged in hygiene procedures that involve a periodontal procedure code. She has found solutions to the challenges that hygienists and their doctors face on an hourly basis by incorporating technology into her protocols. In a world dictated by time constraints and resistant patient attitudes, learn how you can positively affect the health and wellness of your patients, make your life easier, and your own practice more profitable.

Cris is a graduate of Shoreline Community College Dental Hygiene Program. She is passionate about coaching teams to higher levels of productivity and profitability by coaching patients to a higher level of health and wellness.

Dr. Brian McKay, Advanced Cosmetic & Laser Dentistry

Dr. McKay graduated from the USC Dental School before establishing his dental practice in Seattle. McKay achieved international distinction as a Founding Faculty member, lecturer and Faculty Leader of the world-renowned Pacific Aesthetic Continuum (PAC-Live) based at the UofP Dental School in San Francisco. After leaving PAC-Live, he has concentrated on developing an innovative non-judgmental approach to the practice of dentistry while lecturing and writing. He is the author of the new book, “Bulimia Is A Dental Disease”.
