Jillianne's Story

Some patients come to us too late. Jillianne was in dire need of immediate care. Her mouth reflected her overall health. It was ravaged by 14+ years of out-of-control binging and purging. She had the dentition of a 70-year old woman at the age of 26. Tooth loss was rampant, periodontal disease was severe. Only the most urgent problems could be addressed.

A tragic situation for a tragic person. Jillianne was a fighter but the disease took its toll and the toll was great.

Unfortunately, we lost Jillianne to the disease that dominated her life. She stopped treatment and withdrew from our care. We miss her. She touched us deeply. We wish her well wherever she is.  We have hope that one day she will realize that treatment can help and the smile within can be released.
