This impressive mountain lies at the start of Glen Etive near Glencoe in the Scottish Highlands
I took this photograph whilst on a road trip around the west of Scotland
There are numerous walks and hikes in the area and the stunning landscape cannot fail to take your mind off work!
Artist statement
Capturing images has always provided a welcome balance to the day-to-day stresses of running a dental practice. A visit to the Giant's Causeway or the Scottish Highlands is a delight to the senses — the stunning landscape cannot fail to take your mind off work.

Ossie BruceBDS (QUB)
A retired General Dental Practitioner from Northern Ireland whose lifelong passion for photography has provided creativity, connection and balance alongside a demanding professional career. Inspired at a young age by his father and uncle, both keen photographers, Ossie now describes photography as 'a way of seeing'. The real joy comes from being present in a landscape and responding instinctively to light, place and mood.
